Returns and fit

Made-to-measure clothing is cut for one person, so it works differently from off-the-shelf shopping.

Before we make it

You can cancel for a full refund until we send your order to the workshop. We also check every set of measurements first, and we will contact you if anything looks off.

When it arrives

If your finished garment does not fit as it should, or there is a fault, please contact us as soon as you can and keep the item unworn. We will look at your measurements, decide with you whether an adjustment or a remake is the right fix, and arrange it.

Accessories

Ties, belts, pocket squares and other ready-made accessories are not made to your measurements.
